A Reynolds American Inc. subsidiary has reached a settlement agreement with federal regulators on marketing restrictions for its Natural American Spirit super-premium cigarettes. The settlement between RAI Services Co., Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Co. Inc. and the Food and Drug Administration was reached Jan. 19, but not disclosed publicly until being released Thursday by an anti-tobacco advocacy group.
