North Carolina’s Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler says that temporary rules are now in place for the state’s industrial hemp pilot program. The Industrial Hemp Commission adopted these rules last month, and they’ve also been approved by the NC Rules Review Commission, so now that that rules are in place, the Commission can now start taking applications.
