The fight over Obama-era rules to reform the buying and selling of livestock and poultry is continuing in Congress.
The American Farm Bureau and the National Farmers Union see the Obama marketing reforms under the Grain Inspection, Packers, and Stockyards Administration Act or 'GIPSA’ as key to leveling the playing field between Packers and independent producers.
