The annual Potatoes USA U.S. potato industry Sales & Utilization Report shows increasing demand for U.S.-grown potatoes and increased sales in the U.S. market. The sales gains in the U.S. were due mainly to increases for all forms of potatoes sold through the foodservice channel. Total potato sales at retail were down, but less than 1%, the smallest decline in many years.
