Energy is building downtown. And Lexi Hasapis knows food is going to play a big role. The second annual Fayetteville Food Business Summit is Thursday, and the Women’s Business Center director at the Center for Economic Empowerment & Development is hopeful participation doubles the successful inaugural event. Hasapis says the event is for anyone who believes in Fayetteville’s diverse flavor, be it a business already in operation or someone just starting or having an idea to start.
