What do you do at the cooperative extension office? “I’m an extension agent for N.C. State University. My responsibility in Sampson County is horticulture. My job is consumer horticulture which includes ornamental, lawn and turf, landscaping, the green industry, gardening and also commercial responsibilities with small fruits, fruit trees and youth horticulture programs. I am also the liaison for extension master gardener volunteers.”
