NC cash grains continue to decline alongside futures

U.S. 1 yellow soybeans were 8 to 9 cents lower; prices were $9.71 at the processors and ranged $9.31-$9.71 at the elevators; new crop $9.36-$9.96.  U.S. 2 soft red winter wheat was 2 cents lower; prices were $4.36 at the feed mills and $4.16 at the elevators; new crop $4.11-$4.36.
