The governors of the states represented in the NCAA men's basketball championship on Monday night have placed a friendly wager on the game, with the spoils benefiting the hungry. Each governor put up food and drink representative of the state.
Should the University of North Carolina win, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee will send Washington-roasted coffee, smoked salmon, a variety of Washington apples and locally made chocolates.
