Applications for the 2017-2019 NC Tobacco Trust Fund Commission Agricultural Leadership Development Program are now open.   Applications must be submitted online at this site (go to the Apply page).  The deadline for submitting your application is May 15.

We have a great program planned for the next class and are looking for some extraordinary up and coming leaders.  Read the information on this site about the program.  Look at the eligibility information on the Apply page and the time commitment required.  We especially recommend you talk with alumni of the program.  While the program has been around a long time, it has changed substantially over the years.  Talking with alumni from the last three programs (2008-2010, 2012-2014 and 2014-2016) will be most useful to you since the curriculum of these classes is closest to what you will experience in the 2017-2019 program.  You will find the alumni names and year graduated on the Past Participants page on this site.  If you have questions email us at agleadership@ncsu.edu or email one of the leadership team (their emails and bios are on the Leadership Team page).

The program is intense but you will come away a stronger leader.  The most common comment we hear from alumni is that “it was a life changing experience.”  Its amazing what these leaders in agriculture accomplish.
