Across the Cape Fear region, The Fayetteville Observer found undocumented and illegal immigrants living in fear over the Trump administration's new immigration policies.  “Those going to school and working before, this has put them back in the shadows,” an immigration advocate says. “You have people worried about their husbands or parents, and that’s very problematic.”
