A Congressional Beef Caucus has been formed to highlight the importance of the beef industry as the largest segment of the American agriculture economy.As of March 29, there were 35 bipartisan members of the Congressional Beef Caucus from 21 states. The caucus will be co-chaired by Reps. Kevin Yoder, R-Kansas, and Henry Cuellar, D-Texas.
