April is North Carolina Beer Month, a time to celebrate the numerous craft breweries that call North Carolina home. Western North Carolina--and the Tenth District specifically--are home to many of North Carolina's best breweries. Regardless of whether or not you enjoy beer, it is important to recognize the positive impact breweries have in our communities. They are small businesses that create good paying jobs and often serve as gathering points within our communities, hosting local events and community gatherings.
