After a rigorous interview process, Henderson County has found a new county Cooperative Extension director in Terry Kelley, who will take the reins after the retirement of Marvin Owings. The announcement of Kelley as the new director came with formal approval by the Henderson County Board of Commissioners at its Wednesday morning meeting.
