A Senate bill modifying the state’s two economic-incentive programs has cleared the first of three legislative committee steps.
The Committee on Commerce and Insurance recommended Senate Bill 660 on Thursday, which now goes to the Finance committee for a 1 p.m. Tuesday hearing, and if recommended then to the Committee on Rules and Operations.
