A federal appeals court reaffirmed Tuesday that tobacco manufacturers are required to include corrective warning statements for their traditional cigarette products. However, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit also ruled that the statements cannot include the phrase “here is the truth.”
