Another successful season for NCDA soils lab

A few years ago, the North Carolina Department of Agriculture began charging $4 per sample between Thanksgiving and the end of March for soil submitted for testing at the NCDA Agronomics lab.  This is peak season for soil testing by farmers, and instead of grumbling that a once free service now was not, the fee structure has been well received and successful.
