SAS Institute has become the world’s largest privately owned software company by specializing in analytics software for other businesses, but this year the Cary company will be making something new: honey.SAS, which has more than 5,000 employees at its headquarters, decided to bring bees to its campus following a suggestion from an employee who works as a part-time beekeeper.
