BASF has signed an agreement to acquire ZedX Inc., a leader in the development of digital agricultural intelligence regarding agronomic weather, crop, and pest models designed to improve agricultural production. The acquisition allows BASF to strengthen its digital farming footprint and further invest in helping growers take advantage of large data generated in farming.
