If drilling ever comes to the Atlantic Ocean, how close could it come to the shore?That’s the question environmentalists and energy industry representatives are asking after President Donald Trump signed an executive order late last week directing the U.S. Department of the Interior to review drilling in many waters, including off the North Carolina coast.
