The N.C. House of Representatives plans to reconsider Wednesday a bill limiting lawsuits against hog farms and other agribusinesses that Gov. Roy Cooper vetoed last week. Legislators scheduled the reconsideration during a brief session Monday afternoon that convened about five hours after Cooper’s veto message arrived at the General Assembly.
