AGENCY: Agricultural Marketing Service, USDA.
ACTION: Final rule; delay of effective date.
SUMMARY: The United States Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Marketing Service
(AMS) is delaying the effective date of the rule published on January 19, 2017, for an additional

clarifies existing requirements covering livestock care and production practices and mammalian
living conditions.
DATES: The effective date of the final rule published on January 19, 2017 (82 FR 7042),
delayed until May 19, 2017, on February 9, 2017 (82 FR 9967), is further delayed until
November 14, 2017
