Chef, farmer, television host and now teacher. Vivian Howard’s resume keeps growing.On Tuesday, Howard headed across the street from her restaurant on Herritage Street to visit the Lenoir County Farmer’s Market, and about 35 fifth grade students from Southeast Elementary School.
