Chef, farmer, television host and now teacher. Vivian Howard’s resume keeps growing.On Tuesday, Howard headed across the street from her restaurant on Herritage Street to visit the Lenoir County Farmer’s Market, and about 35 fifth grade students from Southeast Elementary School. Howard spoke with students about different types of produce, what seasons produce what foods, and why the farmer’s market is better than a grocery store.
