President expected to name Doud ag negotiator

Reports indicate that President Trump is expected to name Gregg Doud as USTR’s chief agriculture negotiator. Doud, who currently serves as president of the Commodity Markets Council, previously worked for the Senate Agriculture Committee and the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. Doud’s nomination would require confirmation by the Senate.
