Reynolds American Inc. said Tuesday that Debra Crew would remain as president and chief executive upon the completion of British American Tobacco Plc’s $49.4 billion acquisition of the remaining 57.8 percent ownership stake in Reynolds.
The deal has received all necessary regulatory approvals. Shareholder meetings are expected to be held in mid-August.
