Cattle:  At the livestock auctions held Monday in Siler City, Canton and Turnersburg a total of 1,657 cattle, 106 goats, and 10 sheep were sold.  Compared to last week, slaughter cows were 2.00 to 5.00 lower and bulls were steady to 4.00 higher.  Feeder cattle were mixed.
