Ahead of a proposed $130 billion merger with DuPont Co., The Dow Chemical Co. has made several executive level changes.
Dow announced on Thursday that Pedro Suarez, Dow's North American geographical president, has been named chief commercial officer and will take over for Joe Harlan, who has elected to retire from Dow at the close of the Dow DuPont merger.
