Beginning August 1st, the North Carolina State Fair will begin accepting entries for the many competitions that take place during the fair. This year will the 150th fair, and to commemorate that milestone, NC Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler says there will be several events attached to the milestone, including special competitions, including Decorated Cakes and Kids Cooking Decorating.
