The North Carolina Conservation Districts are hosting spring and fall Soil Health Field Days to demonstrate the importance of cover crops. All producers and technical resource people are invited to join us on July 28th at 9AM at the Ashe County Agricultural Building, 134 Government Circle, Jefferson NC 28640. The New River Conservation District’s Field Day will highlight soil health and cover crop basics, weed management and a field tour. Come ready for any weather to network with other farmers and share cover crop management stories.
