Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt has spent much of July and will continue in August traveling across America talking with farmers, ranchers and landowners. Pruitt is meeting with farmers across the country to talk about the 2015 Waters of the U.S. Rule he is rolling back- and what a new and improved WOTUS Rule should have. Pruitt says the Listening Tour is helping him get the input to help a new rule- which could be released as early as this September…
