U.S. 2 soft red winter wheat was 3 to 39 cents higher; prices were $3.92-$4.46 at the feed mills and $3.67-$4.16 at the elevators.  Soybean meal, f.o.b. at processing plants, was $333.30 per ton for 48% protein.
