Conservative Congressman Mark Meadows was shouted down at times during a raucous Monday town hall where he told the overflow crowd there would be a last-ditch attempt at repealing Obamacare in September and that he supported a border wall, but "well, Mexico I don't think is paying for it." The high-profile Freedom Caucus chairman also laid out what he said were new conditions the group would require to avoid a potential government shutdown over the debt ceiling.
