Rep. Robert Pittenger, a Republican who represents U.S. House District 9, will kick off his annual town hall meetings tour later this month. The town hall meetings are an annual commitment that the congressman said he’s made to connect with constituents."I’m there to get to know them and represent their concerns,” Pittenger said.
