The Transylvania Farmers’ Market’s annual Farm Fair is coming up from 8 a.m. to noon Sept. 2 in Brevard, and one of the star attractions is the annual Jam Contest. Residents are encouraged to enter their best jam, at no cost. Drop off your jam by 9 a.m. Sept. 2 and compete against market vendors and other public participants for prizes. Fair-goers will have the opportunity to sample each jam and vote for their favorite, with the winners announced around 11:30 a.m.
