A federal judge in California ruled a second time in favor of a subsidiary of Reynolds American Inc. in a potential class-action lawsuit claiming public harm from the content of electronic cigarette vapor. Judge James Donato, of the California Northern District Court, dismissed Thursday the second amended complaint of plaintiff Jerod Harris.
