New research about fat might change the minds of people who think low-fat breakfast options are the best way to start the day.
The research suggests foods like whole-milk yogurt might be a better choice than its low-fat counterpart. Nine-year-old Hudson devours the yogurt parfaits his parents make him. They use higher fat, whole-milk yogurt, which might be associated with a healthier weight as Hudson ages.
