Sweet potato festival is Saturday Rockford General Store will hold its 20th annual Sweet Potato Festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m Saturday at 5174 Rockford Road, Rockford. The festival will include live music, local crafts, authors, celebrities, blacksmithing and a lot of sweet-potato dishes.
