Duke, Dominion not worried about NC's Atlantic Coast Pipeline request, spokesman says

The N.C. Department of Environmental Quality wants more information from Duke Energy and Dominion Energy before approving the 600-mile natural gas pipeline they’re pushing to build across the state. In a four-page letter dated Thursday, NCDEQ requested additional information regarding the Atlantic Coast Pipeline’s potential impact on the state’s water resources.
