A Virginia man was sentenced to seven months in prison after pleading no contest to charges he made bomb threats against the Tyson Foods plant in Temperanceville, Va., in February 2016, according to the news website Delmarvanow.com.
A judge in Accomack County court sentenced Danny Robertson, 33, to three years on each of two counts, but suspended all but seven months and required him to be on good behavior for five years.  Robertson could be allowed to serve his time on work release, if eligible.
