Earlier this week it was announced that US Representative from Virginia, Bob Goodlatte introduced legislation in the House Judiciary Committee called the H-2C program to address guestworkers in the US.  Many ag groups have come out in favor of this legislation, American Farm Bureau, and North Carolina Farm Bureau included.  President and CEO of NC Farm Bureau, Larry Wooten:
