A potential end to legal notice publication by the private sector crept two steps nearer Wednesday for Guilford County.
Two N.C. House committees put their stamp of approval on the measure allowing Guilford County and other local governments countywide to quit publishing their required public notices on newspapers’ printed pages and websites.
