Hurricane Irma Florida agricultural damages total $2.5 billion

Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Adam H. Putnam announced that the preliminary agricultural damages caused by Hurricane Irma in Florida total more than $2.5 billion, including $760.8 million for citrus, $180.2 million for non-citrus fruits and vegetables, $624.8 million for greenhouse, nursery and floriculture; and $64.7 million for field crops.
