Grain:    U.S. 2 soft red winter wheat was mostly 1 cent lower; prices were $3.69-$3.99 at the feed mills and $3.59-$3.84 at the elevators; new crop $4.24-$4.66.  Soybean meal, f.o.b. at processing plants, was $345.50 per ton for 48% protein.
