U.S. 2 soft red winter wheat was mostly 3 cents higher.  Prices ranged $3.69-$3.99 at the feed mills and $3.59-$3.83 at the elevators; new crop $4.15-$4.66.  Soybean meal, f.o.b. at processing plants was $356.30 per ton for 48% protein.
