The latest seemingly-bizarre creation from Japan isn't in the form of a TV show or an ad. Researchers from AIST have bred genetically engineered chickens that lay eggs carrying a protein that's known to fight diseases like cancer and hepatitis.  People often warn about the amount of cholesterol you get from eating too many eggs. But what if there were health benefits to eggs as well — like drugs that fight cancer, hepatitis, and other diseases?
