N.C. officials ask for 'modifications' on Atlantic Coast Pipeline plans

State officials are asking Duke Energy and Dominion Energy to tweak their plans for the 600-mile Atlantic Coast Pipeline project. Late Thursday, Atlantic Coast Pipeline spokesman Aaron Ruby said the N.C. Department of Environmental Quality requested modifications to its plans to cross a small number of water bodies.
