The North Carolina Sweet Potato Commission recently updated NC Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler on a marketing trip to Europe.  Recent efforts have focused on Scandinavian countries where exports of NC-grown sweet potatoes continues to grow.  Norway has seen an increase in sweet potato sales of 3,000 percent, 470 percent in Finland and 839 percent in Sweden.
