There’s still time to get your soil samples evaluated for free by the N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services before peak season fees of $4/sample kick in on December 1.  Pick up Soil test kits at your local Cooperative Extension Center.
Confirm local directions for submitting soil sample and final drop off dates.
