Youth from around the state descended on Raleigh to take part in community service and leadership workshops November 4-5, 2017 during NC 4-H State Council Conference.  Three Guilford County 4-H’ers were among the 250 youth that will take what they learned in Raleigh and implement it in their communities back home.
