As part of the International Energy Agency (IEA) Bioenergy’s internal webinar series, the U.S. Department of Energy’s Bioenergy Technologies Office (BETO) invites you to join the international webinar, The Hotspots of the Global Wood Pellet Industry and Trade 2017, on Friday, Dec. 1, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.


During the webinar, participants will learn about the main findings of the IEA Bioenergy Global Wood Pellet Industry and Trade Study 2017, with a focus on North America, Europe, and Asia. A panel of experts working on IEA Bioenergy Task 40—Daniela Thrän, Kay Schaubach, Fabian Schipfer, Martin Junginger, and Michael Wild—will present the webinar. IEA is an organization that studies energy issues related to reliability, affordability, and sustainability.
