U.S. 2 soft red winter wheat was mostly 2 cents lower, prices were $3.56-$3.91 at the feed mills and $3.36-$3.71 at the elevators; new crop $3.94-$4.56.  Soybean meal, f.o.b. at processing plants, was $355.80 per ton for 48% protein.
